Duane Christie, B.S., MPT is a graduate of Howard University in Washington, DC with Bachelor of Science Degrees in both Exercise Physiology and Health Sciences, and a master’s degree in Physical Therapy.   Duane began his career in 1998 in various clinical settings in Washington DC/Northern Virginia including Kaiser Permanente, Northern Virginia Training Center, George Washington University Hospital, and The Chesapeake Center.  Upon returning to his native South Florida in 2002, Christie worked with Special Care Providers, Inc as the lead physical therapist and Director of Rehabilitation for multiple specialized hospital ICU stepdown and rehabilitation units throughout South Florida and nationally.  Duane continues to bring 20+ years of clinical experience to A First Choice Healthcare since 2018.
